To Save Information:

  • Review your information and check if it is entered correctly. Click the save button at the bottom of the page

  • To clear incorrect information you can click the undo button


To Navigate Pages:

  • Use the Next or Back buttons for page navigation at the bottom of each page. Do not use the back or forward buttons on your internet browser.

  • You can also use the links on the left hand side of the page to go directly to any section of your profile, your activities history, or your account information.


To Submit Your Application to an Institution:

  • Complete all information in the My Profile section, click the Start New Application link on the left hand side menu, and select the post-secondary institution you wish to apply to.

  • If you came to ApplyAlberta from an institution you will complete all profile information and click the link on the left hand side menu to Continue to Institution.

  • You must then answer a few more questions on the institution side and then submit and pay for your application.


To Submit Your Application to multiple Institutions:

  • Complete all information in the My Profile section

  • From the My Application Activities page click the Apply to Another Institution button OR from the My Profile page, click the Start New Application Link.

  • Select the post-secondary institution you wish to apply to and complete all questions at that institution, submit, and pay for your application

  • Click the button Return to ApplyAlberta at the institution site to return to ApplyAlberta and apply to another post-secondary institution.
