The My Transcript Activities Section is used to view and manage your ApplyAlberta Transcripts. This page displays the status of all transcripts requested on your behalf and allows you to request transcripts to be sent to institutions you have applied to through ApplyAlberta. To view a detailed history of the activities of one of the transcript requests, click the blue arrow next to the transcript you wish to view more information on.

For each transcript you will see the following information:

• Fulfilling Institution Name: The name of the institution that is issuing/sending transcripts

• Requesting Institution Name: The name of the institution that is requesting transcripts

• Request Status-may be one of the following:
• In Progress: the request has been sent and the requesting institution is waiting for a response
• Completed: the transcript was received by the requesting institution
• Cancelled: the fulfilling institution has cancelled the original request
• Unsuccessful: the transcript could not be sent

• Last Updated: Date of most recent activity with transcript

On this page you may also:

• View the detailed history of a transcript: shows how a transcript has progressed from the initial request to its current stage. You can view the history by clicking the blue arrow next to the transcript you wish to view more information on

• Request a Transcript: You can request transcripts from ApplyAlberta member institutions and send them to institutions to which you have submitted an application. Here you can choose the fulfilling institution from your academic history and the requesting post-secondary institution from the institutions to which you have submitted an application.
